- I am Lochan Gupta a junior undergraduate student pursuing B.Tech at IIT Kanpur in Civil Engineering. My interests lie in the field of Machine Learning, Analytics, Consulting, Product Management, and Software. I excel at learning new concepts. My knowledge base is developed by continuously challenging myself, stepping outside of my comfort zone and digging into complex programs.
- I love to explore different culture and meeting intellectual people. I love conversations about technology, politics, religion and History. Judge me if you want, but I am obsessed with rom-com movies and Hindi songs.
Experience
- Developed an ML-based System in a team that recommends yoga asanas based on user’s medical conditions
- Preprocessed the text input using various NLP techniques to make the data more suitable for the model
- Designed and implemented the Relational Database Schema for storing asanas and other medical details
- Created a functional website in team using HTML, CSS and JavaScript for frontend & MySQL for the database
- Integrated an NLP Model that predicts the top 5 asanas with an accuracy of 87% into the website
